• Here we are from Portugal to talk about a
  Portuguese recipe called beefsteak with coffee
  sauce

Beefsteak with coffee sauce

• INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
• - 80g of butter with garlic
• - 4 beefsteaks
• - Salt
• - Pepper for the beefsteak
• - 1 cup of Port wine
• - 0.5dl of strong coffee
• - 1dl of milk

• CONFECTION
• Melt half of the butter with garlic in a pan and
  fry the beefsteaks. Temper with salt and pepper
  and than took them out into a plate.
• Put the Port wine in the pan and shake it with
  spatula. Than, put the rest of the butter with
  the garlic and than put the coffee and the milk.
• Put, again the beefsteaks on the pan, dampen the
  sauce of the beefsteaks and shake the pan once in
  a while.
• SUGGESTION
• You can do it with fried potatoes or potato
  purée.
