How to make a peanut butter and Jelly sandwich

Ingredients

• Peanut butter
• Strawberry jam
• Two slices of white bread
• Milk

Tools Needed

• Knife
• Spoon
• Plate
• Glass

Procedures

• 1. Open jars of peanut butter and jam.
• 2. Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread
  with a knife.
• 3. Use a spoon to get jam and spread it in the
  other slice of bread.
• 4. Put two slices together and cut the sandwich
  in half.
• 5. Put the sandwich on a plate .
• 6. Pour a glass of milk.

Why use strawberry jam ?

• 100 Children and adults were surveyed to find out
  what goes best with peanut butter grape jelly,
  honey, strawberry jam or sliced bananas.
