is involved in making a food product. -

- Food defense awareness and preparedness starts on
the front line. - Employees are the FIRST line of defense in
preventing, detecting and responding to potential
threats to the food supply. - This employee training program is designed to
educate front line workers, the FIRST line of
defense in preventing intentional contamination
of the food supply.
