Reunion Budget
  • Reunion should be self-sustaining
  • Look at past Reunion budgets for your class
  • Make lists of all costs associated with weekend
  • Keep in mind cost per classmate

  • Registration 75.00 (10 one-meal registration
    fee)
  • Overnight fee 60.00/night (usually 2 nights)
  • Friday First Night 30.00
  • Saturday Reunion Picnic 15.00
  • Saturday Class Supper (class determines cost)
  • Sunday Class Picnic (class determines cost)
  • Insignia (class determines cost)
  • Once per person cost is calculated, the Reunion
    Committee should decide how much of the cost to
    class of Reunion can be absorbed by individual
    classmates and how much should be absorbed by
    class treasury.
