  leading departments or institutions within public

The structure of the program

• The pilot module is focus on selected issues from
  four key areas policies, implementation, skills
  building and learning from practice
• The pilot module will last 2 weeks
• Tentative dates one week in February and one
  week in March 2006
• Expected number of participants in the pilot
  module is 40

The structure of the program

• In the program we will also include distinguished
  guest speakers who come from BAC and local
  experts
• Filed visit will be made to highlight successful
  implementation of projects in the field of Public
  Private Partnership

A regular schedule

• Class hours from 830 to 1700 with breaks
• Highly interactive work methods - case
  discussions and study groups (4 to 5 members)
  about concrete issues of public administration
  within the region
• Mandatory reading and preparation in the evenings
  for next day (typically 2 3 hours)

Admission criteria

• Minimum 3 years of meaningful work experience in
  public service
• Proficiency in English
• Interview (checking a candidate language skills,
  professional track record and commitment to
  further development)
