Marina Martinique Phase 2 canal near completion
We are at a point now where we feel the water in
the canal, its that close. The target is that
within the next 27 days we will see the
completion of the first half of our 3.5 km canal.
We are all hopeful here. One thing that Ive
learned as I have witnessed this development is
that you work with the permission of the
elements. The day nature decides it wants to, it
can drive you off site for a day or two. But
never the less persistence prevails and in spite
of set backs and delays we are reaching the end
of the first half of our canal development.
All the stands on both sides of this canal are
sold. We are now selling the next phase, on the
new canal. Excavation on that will start later
this year. The day the first half of our new can
al is completed is going to be an exciting day
for our stand owners. I believe that there will
be an even greater demand for our property and a
remarkable price increase.
