RESULTS OBTAINED
  • The council objectifs have been achieved
  • 15 decrease in the cost of transferred services
    (2.2m)
  • Reverse deficits trend evolution of
  • costs inflation
  • Reduce the Council investments 8m
  • of investment made by ECOVERT within 4 years
    (investments off the Councils balance sheets)
  • Improvement in the quality of services

WHAT WAS LEARNT FROM THE CONTRACT
  • The partnership with ECOVERT has enable the
    council to
  • delegate all non core business activities
  • focus more on its administrative and social
    missions
  • continue to define the development axes of the
    local policy without having to deal with
