  • Afghanistan due to several delays in receiving
    fund some members of CCM have lost interest.

  • Good and Functional relationship between CCM, PR
    and LFA is existing in Morocco.

  • Pakistan At the beginning the PR was not clear
    about the CCM, LFA, ME and their roles.
  • By passing the time now all stakeholders know
    their roles.
  • Criteria for selection of the CCM members
    defined.
  • Un clarity about the roles and relationships of
    different stakeholders in all countries except
    Morocco in the beginning, gradually the roles and
    responsibilities are becoming clear.
  • The GF guidelines are Not available to everybody
    or well understood due lack of clarity and
    language problems.
  • The messages on PR selection are not clear
    between GF and IRAN and Sudan.
  • LFA is identified but not showing up in IRAN.
  • HIV/AIDS issues in IRAN and Sudan should not be
    considered politically is pure Health problem in
    these countries.
  • GF position of the LFA role for some countries
    were not clear especially in term of monitoring
    body for SRs.

Lines of Communication, i.e. information sharing,
etc
  • As long as roles and responsibilities are well
    defined there is no problem.
  • The CCM can change the PR in consultation of GF
    and LFA should verify the case.
