• Upper-year student

• An understanding of volunteerism
• A good understanding of the university
• Good academic standing
• Good communication skills
• Good listening skills
• UNIV 1011 (preferred not required)

OBLIGATIONS

• Develop a transition plan for your mentee (s)
• Participate in a majority of Leadership Workshops
• Keep timely records of all contact with each
  mentee
• Involvement in a minimum one mentorship sponsored
  project (either academic or social)
