VII. Conclusion
The above mentioned case study seemed to be a
good model to transfer research results from
academic sector to production of business sector
in BIOTECH. Some difficult issues encountered dur
ing early stage of establishment of the spin-off
company need to be considered carefully
especially the entrepreneurship of scientists
from academic sector to develop the company
better and better
