ELECTRONIC COMMERCIAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL TRANSACTI
ONS, PENALTIES FOR UNLAWFUL USE THEREOF, AND
OTHER PENALTIES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of
Representatives of the Philippines in Congress
assembled
SECTION 1 Short Title. - This Act shall be known
and cited as the Electronic Commerce
Act.
