• The Eastern Screech-Owl eats a variety of tiny
  animals.
• The female owl is larger than the male.
• The owl is famous for the bounce song which
  bounces up and down.
• Eastern Screech-Owl couples are together for
  life.
• They eat a variety of songbirds.

Gray Wolf

• Male wolves weigh an average 90 lbs. and females
  generally weigh 80 lbs.
• They can run 35 m.p.h. and can jump up to 12 feet
  high.
• The leaders of the wolf packs are called the
  alphas.
• The female wolf is pregnant for only 9 weeks.
• Within 3 to 5 months the wolf pups can travel
  with the pack.

Skunks

• Striped skunks are a fairly large mammal from the
  weasel family.
• They have bushy black tails, usually tipped with
  white.
• Males are larger than females growing up to
  two-and-a-half feet long.
• A skunk den is usually a burrow with five
  entrances .
• They have a special gland in their buttocks that
  sprays a foul- smelling liquid.
