• Establish in 1995 according to vet. act
• Only private veterinarians and technicians

• Organisation very restrictive to members court
  of arbitration, professional court, ethical
  committee
• Problem with competencies of Chamber
• Idea of including all vets in Chamber

• Self regulated and self financing institution,
• Difficulties in communication with the state,
• No influence on future organisation,
• Theoretically lot of power, practically always to
  negotiate about authorisations rules and rights.
• Every time after the changing Statutes,
  government must give permission to introduce.

• Difficult decission making process
• Disciplinary measures only for private vets
• Very different interests
• State veterinarians difficult to find interests
  they dont want to be members of the community
• Small sections have bigger influence

• Reorganisation in 2009
• Obligatory for all vets who have to deal with
  any kind of diagnosis live animals, meat
  inspection, official vets in animal transport,
  epizootiological investigation
• Uniform organisation regional princip

• THEORETICALLY EQUAL SYSTEM OF THE ORGANISATION OF
  VETERINARY SERVICE IN EU AND CEEC,
• UNNECESSARY SUPPORT OF STATE STRUCTURES DURING
  REORGANISATION BY BRUSSELS ADMINISTRATION DURING
  ACSESSION PROCESS,
• MORE OR LESS MINOR TRADITION AS SELF REGULATED
  PROFESSION.
