Job 210-11 Shall we indeed accept good from God,
and shall we not accept adversity? In all this
Job did not sin with his lips. Now when Job's
three friends heard of all this adversity that
had come upon him . . .

Job 11-3 There was a man in the land of Uz,
whose name was Job and that man was blameless
and upright, and one who feared God and shunned
evil. And seven sons and three daughters were
born to him. Also, his possessions were seven

How Did Job view his plight? He was hurt and
grieved (120). He wondered where was God (933
233-4). All his Whys went unanswered
(311 720 102 1324). His friends
unintentionally added to his Suffering
(162). Job survived (421-6)!
How do you view the plight of Job? God is
treating Job unfairly! Where is God while all
this is going on? I cant accept this flagrant
unwarranted treatment of Job! God seems so petty
and mean-spirited! I read the book of Job last
night, I don't think God comes out well in it.
