• How to order your selected subscription offer?

If you are a first time subscriber, select the
offer you wish to avail, and then click on
'Create' and check if the offer is available at
your delivery Pincode. If the offer is available
at your location, then share your Email id and
enter your contact number(s) to create your
Login. If you are an existing (off-line)
subscriber, select the offer you wish to avail.
Select 'Activate' to Login using your registered
Email ID or Customer ID (Party Number) or Order
ID (Contract Number). If the offer is available
at your location and your Email ID is not
registered with us, then share your Email ID and
enter your contact number(s).

How do I pay online?

• A subscriber can book an order by making a
  payment through our online payment gateway, using
  Debit / Credit card or Net-banking.
• The offers available are exclusively for
  subscribing online. The same offer may not be
  available for regular subscriptions.

How do I ensure uninterrupted supply of
subscription copies?

• To ensure uninterrupted supply, you should renew
  your subscription(s) which are on offer at least
  15 days before the lapse date. Renewal for
  subscription lapsing on 15th of a month should
  reach us on or before 1st of that calendar month
  and similarly the renewal for subscription
  lapsing on 30th/ 31st of a month should reach us
  on or before 15th of that calendar month. Renewal
  facility is available 60 days prior to end date
  of present subscription.
