We have two prices for the accommodation
depending on the payment option you choose.
Single Payment Option 10 discount  To take
advantage of this money saving option full
payment is required at time of reservation, and
your payment is non refundable if choosing this
option (but you may change the dates if needed). 
Regular Payment Option A deposit of one half of
the cost of the villa will be due to secure your
reservation, and the remainder will be due 90
days prior to your scheduled arrival. You may
cancel your reservation up to 90 days prior to
your scheduled arrival and receive a refund of
your deposit, less 10.
