• Important priorities become less important
• May lose whatever self-esteem remains

Tips If You Think You Are Addicted

• Get some counseling by friends or family
• Focus on whats more important (School, work,
  friends, family, relationships)
• Disconnect/Uninstall your game/console
• If you are paying monthly, stop paying!
• Go out and have fun in the real world!
• If you relapse, repeat steps 1-5
