• Second building is in the heart of downtown in a

ESU Physical Facilities Suggestions

• When building the incubator, make office space of
  differing sizes available.
• Different companies have different needs and size
  requirements. Its better to have several sizes
  available and move people than to create doors or
  arches to expand space between offices.
