• When would I use the duplicate survey?
• You may have completed a risk assessment for Site
  A in 2007 and you would like to complete an
  updated risk assessment in 2008
• All sites in a production system share the same
  boar stud and transportation practices, so all of
  the questions in these sections would be
  identical. Complete answers for boar stud and
  transportation sections only (to create a
  template) and then duplicate it for all sites
  all sites in production system
• Make sure to review each answer within the
  duplicated survey to ensure accuracy of the
  reports
