• Installation Steps
• Clear the store cache under var/cache and all
  cookies for your store domain.
• Disable compilation for Magento 1.4. Log into
  Magento Admin Panel and go to System ? Tools ?
  Compilation and disable the compilation.

Be sure that the Compilation ?ode is disabled
(System-gtTools --gtCompilation)

Installation Steps 3. Disable JS CSS merging
Navigate to System-gtConfiguration-gtDeveloper Tab

enable error reporting.

• Choose the followup email sender from drop down
• Choose the email template from this drop down
  for that
• first create a transaction email template from
  System ? Transactional email
• Click on Add new Template
• Choose Template type to Abandoned Carts Followup
  Email Template.
• Click on Load template
• Set template Name
• Then click on save template button.
• Choose suitable setting click on save button.
