What is Leap?

Partnering with a school
  • How to find a school
  • Contact Leap for list of available schools

    Artist, Lorie Hammond, Professor of Education,
    CSU Sacramento
  • Purpose
  • Simulate and reflect upon your classroom visit
  • Increase your strategies and confidence in
    planning a project with a group of kids
  • Learn hands-on techniques for your classroom
    visit, including sketching, 3-D modeling,
    sharing ideas, small group discussion, voting on
    a design and reflection
  • Enrich the experience for the kids involved

    merriment, and raffle prizes.
  • 29th Annual Sandcastle Contest

    (Teams arrive by 9 am).
