Bluebonnet Books

• Each year twenty books are chosen by a committee.
• Books must be published in the USA, and in the
  past three years.
• Students in 3rd-6th grade who have read 5 books
  may vote for the winner.

BLUEBONNET RULES

• STUDENTS MAY READ BLUEBONNET BOOKS INDEPENDENTLY.
• STUDENTS MAY HAVE BOOKS READ TO THEM BY TEACHERS,
  MOTHER READERS, PARENTS, SIBLINGS, OR FRIENDS.
• TEACHERS AND MOTHER READERS MAY ONLY READ 5 BOOKS
  TO A CLASS.

• STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT A WRITTEN REPORT TO RECEIVE
  CREDIT FOR BOOKS READ INDEPENDENTLY.
• MRS. SMITH AND MRS. KRUEGER WILL KEEP RECORDS OF
  ALL BLUEBONNET BOOKS READ.
• TEACHERS SHOULD E-MAIL MRS. SMITH WHEN THEY HAVE
  READ A BOOK TO THEIR CLASS, AND EVERY STUDENT
  WILL GET CREDIT FOR THAT TITLE.

  ball. She went to the ball and lost her shoe when
  she was leaving. The prince searched the kingdom
  and found Cinderella when the lost shoe fit her.
