  • An Iconic building to give Woolston a modern
    impression.
  • Office space suitable for new technologies
  • Car parking for staff in industrial and visitors
  • (Car park later designed as foundation for
    development)

  • There is to be a waterside walk along the bank of
    the river from Weston Shore and through the
    developmen, terminating in a public open space.

Office Cladding
North facade. Overlooking the shipyard, this
facade is much more industrial, with few
windows. Lightweight stone panels are used here
South facade. It is the main face of the
building,a glass made curtain wall. Orientation
and material keep the building iluminated and
warm.

  • The car park roof is designed for a live load of
