• One iPhone model but two sizes. Aside from
  software and features improvement it is also
  upgraded in screen size.
• iPhone 6 has 4.7 inches screen size and its
  bigger iPhone 6 Plus option at 5.5 inches screen
  size.
• iPhone Plus comes with a bigger battery and
  better display.
• It is thinner than previous iPhone 5s(7.6mm) by
  having width on (6.9mm).

• The iPhone 6 has a 1,334 x 750 resolution with
  pixel density of 326ppi.
• The iPhone 6 Plus has a ,920 x 1,080 resolution
  for 401ppi density.
• Most of the controls are in the same location as
  previous models, but the power button has moved
  from the top side to the right side.

• It is going to hesitate those who have been used
  to the 3.5 or 4 inch size of all previous iPhone
  models.
• A volume and mute button are on the left side,
  while the 3.5mm headphone jack, connector port
  and mic/speaker are on the bottom.
• Its aluminum back cover is similar to previous
  version.
