• Teachers remain with students for 3 years.
• Students apply and commit to a course of study.

• The curriculum emphasizes strong academics and

• Students take 4 Academy and 2 elective courses
  each semester.

• Students who...
• will be Sophomores.
• want basic college preparation and versatile job
  skills.

  about success.
• want to make choices that will help them be
  successful in the global workplace.

What are the requirements for acceptance in the
Academy?

• successful completion of ninth grade Math and
  English courses
• complete return an application teacher
  recommendation
• interview with one Business Academy teacher /
  commitment letter will follow
• minimum of an 8th grade reading level
• a free reading and math tutoring program for
  those who qualify
