• For testing of products, Hi-desertdog has its
  very own private 1600 meter/ 1 mile
  rifle/machine gun range and 200 meter pistol
  range. All our firearms are tested here and this
  way we know that the products are top notch
  before they are available for sale. We try our
  best to offer 100 satisfaction guarantee. If
  our product does not meet your expectation it can
  be refunded or exchanged within seven days of
  delivery. All returns must be in the same
  condition as they were sent.

  that needs to be returned can be shipped via UPS
  ground or USPS mail. Items that are custom-made
