Title: Chase M'
1Chase M. The Northern Fur Seal.
2The seals have developed a behavior called jug
handling. This means that they keep their front
and back flippers out of water while bobbing on
the surface.
3The Northern Fur Seal has thick fur. It Relies on
the taste or smell of various ocean currents. It
has webbed front flippers.
4Northern fur seal pups are so cute! It is
against the law to kill seals except for
research. Seals are very sensitive to changes in
their environment. There are many sick or
starving fur seals.
