• I manage the Parc and keep it clean. I look
  after the participants. I have many jobs, like
  cutting the grass and every month we walk through
  the Parc. We have many visitors. Some
  participants live here.

• Each participant has a different task every day.
  Like driving tractors and looking after the
  animals. I help the participants.

• The Parc began 10 years ago. They man who
  owned the land gave it as a gift to the
  association because a family member suffered from
  the same condition. All there was before was
  cows. In 2001 they created the green avenue which
  is a cycle path to Paris. The Parc was named
  after the president of the association. They
  created a pond which was dug out in 2001 and has
  75 different species of willow.

Reed Heron

• Reed Heron
• The Reed Heron was made in 2004 and is
  influenced by the heart of reeds in the Lewes
  Railway-land reserve.
• Every 6/7 years they take out the reeds and
  rubbish from the Reed Heron and plant it again
  because of pollution
• Water from the hills is dirty, but it flows in to
  Reed heron which acts as a filter and cleans the
  water for the river.

General Facts

• There are 75 different kind of birds on the Parc.
• They wanted a natural park but it didnt attract
  the public so they made it more interesting with
  sculptures
• They had 4500 visitors last year.
