- WebPAC Pro is coming as a FREE upgrade from 2006
Web OPAC - Sites will be able to go Pro by placing a
service commitment request - Some new products will require you to be on the
Pro platform - WebPAC Pro supports your existing customized
pages and web options (with a handful of little
changes)

- The internet has changed a lot since we
introduced Web OPAC over a decade ago. Its time
for a new platform on which we can build for the
innovations of today tomorrow. - Employing cutting edge technology
- Better able to engage Web-savvy users
- Poised to take advantage of emerging innovations
in public access - In a position to better demonstrate the librarys
value in the Web environment - Bringing the benefits of new Web technology to
patrons

- In addition to the long list of new features
coming to the classic Web OPAC in 2006, WebPAC
Pro will also offer some very special new
features. - It will be the platform for exciting new products
including more ILS firsts. - And it will continue to be enhanced on our
industry-leading development schedule.

authentication to start a My Millennium session
for the patron - When the catalog needs the user to log in - e.g.

personalized experience
