Follow up your Physical Activity with a Healthy
meal
  • These following food choices are good to eat
    during school lunch and at home
  • Fruits apples, oranges, watermelon, grapes
  • Vegetables carrots, broccoli, corn on the cob,
    baked potatoes
  • Chicken, beef, or pork
  • Bread sandwich bread, rolls, tortillas
  • Very small amounts of sweets ice cream,
    chocolate, candy
