  production to Quality system orientation, Which
  gives lot of boost to Process simplification,
  Ease in material handling, Automation,
  Mechanisation Pokka yoke etc.

Oil seal Missing orientation wrong.
Before Status
1) Pneumatic ram was operating with out oil
seal. 2) Wrong orientation of oil seal was
possible with old mandrill. 3) Rework Cost was
more.
No arrangement to ensure the oil seal
1) Proxy Switch on Mandrill Sense the Presence of
oil Seal on mandrill passes signal to
Pneumatic System for Operation of Ram. 2)
Missing Wrong Orientation of oil Seal will
Not Operate the Proxy Switch which stop the
operation of ram. 3) Stopper is Provided
interlock with the Pneumatic Ram Operation.
1) Avoid oil seal Missing Wrong orientation. 2)
Cost of Rework saved.
