    2020 perspective

    make a list of the most important
  • actors and factors that may influence the future
    strategy)
  • The participants will be groups in homogenous
    groups
  • Group 1 - Representatives from oil companies
    leader Jens Hagen
  • Group 2 - Representatives from oil companies
    leader Manfred Budny
  • Group 3 - Representatives from oil industry
    leader Ann Christin Gjerdseth
  • Group 4 Representatives from Universities/instit
    utes leader May Britt Hägg
  • The groups shall discuss the driving forces
    (factors and actors)
  • that may influence the prioritisation of
    technology to meet the needs in a
  • 2020 perspective. Are there future scenarios not
    identified through an
  • extrapolation of todays trends?
  • Output from the groups A short list of 5 factors
    and 5 factors of strategic
  • importance to the strategy and scenarios related
    to the factors/actors.

Thursday March 10th
  • 0830 - 0930 Continuation of yesterdays group
    session 1
  • 0900 - 1000 Presentation of output from group
    session 1 (plenum)
  • (Objective Discuss and create a list of the
    most important actors and factors
  • and related scenarios)
  • Presentation from each of the groups with
    additional questions
  • 1030 - 1045 Coffee break
  • 1045 - 1200 Forward looking and new TTA
    structure (Group session 2)
  • (Objective Prioritise factors/actors and
    possible scenarios which may
  • influence the strategy and the proposed TTA
    structure)
  • New groups with representatives from both the
    oil companies, industry and Universities/instituti
    ons. Discussion around the proposed strategy
    versus
  • possible future scenarios (factors and actors).
  • Each group selects 5 factors and 5 actors out of
    the plenary presentations and creates scenarios
    for each of them (or combinations) that may
    change todays assumptions for technology
    strategy and TTA structure.
  • Output fron the group Presentation in the
    plenary session Over-heads with key words
    indicating possible scenarios and their strategic
    impact.
