Manager Meeting Key Dates

• Level 4 coaching clinic 9/11-13  
• Crown Plaza hotel (Exit 8 NJ Turnpike)
• Required for all Midget level coaches
• MANDATORY DVHL MANAGERS MEETING
• Wednesday September 2nd _at_ 7pm
• Must send a substitute if you cannot attend (club
  will be fined if a team is not represented)
• Mandatory DVHL Coaches Meeting
• Mite/Squirt/PeeWee 7pm Tuesday September 8th
• Bantam / Midget 7pm Thursday Septermber 10th
• The Inn at Chester Springs Rt. 100, Exton, PA

• Atlantic District Mite 3-3 Cross Ice
• 9/26-9/27
• Cost is free 
• All Mites teams need to participate
• Held at Ice Line, West Chester PA
• Mite season begins 11/1-11/2
• Mite Season Ends 3/6-3/7
• No Playoffs for Mites

• Midget Showcase (Ice Line Oaks) 9/19-9/20...
• One league game each day (U18 only)
• Season Ends weekend of February 13-14
• Blackout Weekend February 20-21
• Playoff format changes (AA, A, B)
• 12 teams or less 4 teams make it
• 13-19 teams 5 teams make it
• 20 or more teams 6 teams make it
• Midget Playoffs for all levels weekend of
  February 27-28
• Ice Line, West Chester PA
• Midget Districts March 6-7
• AA _at_ Voorhees, NJ
• A _at_ Twin Ponds East-Harrisburg

Managers Meeting Rosters Docs

• DVHL continuing to use the St. Barnabas code of
  conduct plan
• Beginning mid-August
• Team Code and link will be on Glacier Website
• Players Coaches should begin registering with
  USA Hockey. 
• Price is 40 for players
• Coaches pay up front, reimbursed by the Glaciers
• Managers Need to have copies of all required
  forms at all games
• Build a Binder
• USA Hockey registration, Birth Certificates, St.
  Barnabas, Consent to Treat/Medical History,
  Coaches USA Hockey Coaches Cards (copy)
• Forms on Glacier website
• DVHL Roster Before 1st League game!!!!!!
• Must be faxed to the appropriate DVHL VP (form
  fax info on DVHL Website)
• Midget / Bantam Jay Finnigan
• Mite / Squirt / PW Chris Lam
• Additions can be made thru 12/31
• USA Hockey roster certification
• to Sharon Dugan by 9/10 (Squirt thru Midget),
  Mite by 10/15
• Additions can be made thru 12/31
• All required paperwork documentation should be
  completed

Managers Meeting - Other

• Coaches meetings this year will be individual by
  level (after initial meeting)
• Eric Ermigiotti (Director of Hockey) will be the
  chair for these meetings.
• ALL teams must be represented by at least 1 coach
  at ALL meetings (subject to forfeiture of coach
  discount)
• Uniform orders on track by 9/1 or sooner
• Team Distribution
• 100 pucks game pucks will follow
• Water Bottles, and Puck Bag (if necessary)
• First aid kit must be on bench for all games
• www.allsportmedical.co.uk (hockey specific kit
  recommendations)
• Referee money (check) will be in your team folder
  before 9/12
• Team folders are in the milk crate inside the FOC
  office
• Scoresheets
• Both league and non-league score-sheets are in
  the office file cabinet
• Use league (DVHL) score-sheets for league games
  only
