HOW TO USE FIBREMIN MIKRO

• IN FARROWING UNITS
• SOWS Give Fibremin Mikro on the floor or
• feed in crib
• Give ¼ -½ litre per sow / day approx. 5 days
• before farrowing is expected and 2 days after
• farrowing
• PIGLETS Give Fibremin Mikro on the floor or
• feed in trough
• 1st week
• ¼ - ½ litre per litter twice a day
• 2nd and 3rd week
• ½ - 1 litre per litter twice a day
• 4th week
• 1 2 litre per litter twice a day

APPLICATION AFTER WEANING

• Strategy 1
• Take away the feed the day before diarrhoea is
  expected. Give a total of approx. ½ litre per
  piglet per day divided into 3 or 4 portions.
• Then start feeding again.

APPLICATION AFTER WEANING

• Strategy 2
• If the diarrhoea is on its way, reduce the feed
  ration by half and add Fibremin Mikro to
  substitute the missing ration.
• This procedure to be employed for 24 to 48
  hours.

APPLICATION AFTER WEANING

• Strategy 3
• Apply Fibremin Mikro as a preventive supplement
  from day 2 after weaning till day 7 10. Dosage
  1 litre/day for 10/15/20 piglets depending on the
  gastro-intestinal diseases.
• Feed on floor or in long troughs (may be mixed
  into potato flour. Ratio 2 litre Fibremin Mikro
  and 1 litre potato flour). It may also be mixed
  into piglet feed.
• IMPORTANT Only prepare feed ration for 1 day,
  when Fibremin Mikro is mixed into feed.
