  vehicle you are following. Someone else will cut
  in front of you and create a dangerous
  situation.
• The faster you drive through a red light, the
  less the chance you will be hit.

  People do not expect it and you will be
  rear-ended.
  
• Speed limits are advisory only. They certainly
  are not mandatory.
  
• Always slow down to rubber-neck at an accident or
  someone changing a flat tire. It will be seen as
  a sign of respect for the victim.

• In Miami, hand signs are generally considered a
  polite salute. Sometimes, however, they are
  considered a challenge to a duel with firearms
  (which are always carried in cars). Knowing the
  difference is critical to your survival.
• Speaking a foreign language is helpful. People
  will think you live in Miami.
