• I have always loved to collect movies. Theyre
  one of my favorite sources of entertainment, and
  when I like a movie, I can watch it over and over
  again. Some of my favorites are those that have
  been out for years, and are so great that they
  just never get old.

  outdated over the years. The movies that I have
  on tape arent compatible with any DVD player,
  which are all they sell these days. I have always
  felt like its a waste of money to rebuy the same
  movies on DVDs. So, I began to try and find out
  if there was a way to get my movies back without
  having to buy them all again.

• I was surprised to find that it is actually
  really easy to do just that. Thanks to some
  tutorials I found on the Internet, I found out
  that you can hook your VHS player up to your
  computer, and then transfer the tape through your
  computer and onto a blank DVD. How cool is that?

• It seemed like a perfect solution for my problem.
  Now I would be able to keep all of my treasured
  classic films in a format that is actually used
  in todays world. They would probably last longer
  this way as well.

• The only step that remained was to find a good
  converter to turn my video tapes to DVDs. I
