- Initiator fills out as much information as they
know. - Initiator forwards the information electronically
to the Authorizer. - Authorizer completes the rest of the information
and forwards it electronically to the Staff
Relations Coordinator. - The Job Description can be sent electronically
with this information. - For the interim, a signed hard copy of the job
description is still needed.
16Reviewing the Requisition
- HR Consultant prepares the Job Requisition and
submits it to the Initiator for review. - Initiator receives an email asking them to review
and approve their requisition. - A Worklist item in Peoplesoft is created for the
Initiator. - Select the link to return to Peoplesoft and the
Managers Home page.

- Log into Peoplesoft and select Worklist in the
menu bar at the top of the screen

- From Worklist, select the link that contains your
Job Requisition number and the date - This link will take you directly to the Job
Requisition for your review and approval

- To view the Requisition select View Summary

- Scroll through to review the Job Requisition.
- Once review is completed, hit ENTER to return to
the Requisition Submission page

- Note any changes in the Comment box, or use the
Comment box to direct the Consultant to proceed. - Select Reviewed to return the Job Requisition to
the Consultant. - Sign out of Peoplesoft.
- Consultant will make any changes and post the
position.

- Once applicants have applied, the Consultant will
screen and route applications to the Initiator. - Initiator receives an email asking them to review
the applications and to invite applicants to an
interview if so desired. - Select the link to return to Peoplesoft and the
Managers Home page.

have been routed to you.

- You can print the Profile Summary or convert the
Summary to a .pdf document. - When you have finished reviewing, click ENTER to
go back

and SAVE the record. - If inviting more than one applicant, select this
response for each applicant and click SAVE. - If you do not wish to invite an applicant for an
interview, No Response is required for that
