Eat no red meat/processed foods
Try organic fruit and vegetables
Restock your kitchen with health foods
Legumes,sprouts,grains,seeds and grains

Using organic fruits and vegetables
Extract using a juicer to get vitamins
And bioflavoin/minerals
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days

Keep filtered water ice cool
No caffeine,sugary drinks or alcohol
Drink vegetable juice and water only
To stay on the 5 day detox

Warm lemon water before breakfast
Drink it during your day
Quarter of a lemon in each glass
Sip it throughout the day

Brush your skin daily
Removes dead skin cells
Aids the elimination of toxins
Brush towards the heart
