  • Is a severe detriment to combat readiness.
  • It undermines health, safety, discipline, and
    loyalty.

    readiness, and is destructive to Navy efforts to

    and performance enhancement products.

  • Dizziness, Nausea, Anxiety
  • Fatigue, Drowsiness, Insomnia

  • Is a depressant drug that affects the central
    nervous system.
  • When consumed, it goes to the stomach and small
    intestine where it directly enters the blood
    stream without being digested.
  • Alcohol in the bloodstream circulates to the
    brain in about 30 seconds.
