- INCEPTION PHASE
- Organise project set up and mobilse resources.

- Training of the national experts for the
methodologies of investigation (Swot, Roach,
Stakeholder and Problem tree) - Preparation on the joint swot analysis into the 7
sector working groups and 4 cross cutting working
groups.
- PHASE I - ASSESSMENT AND ANALYSIS
- Evaluate existing strategies and their relation
to sustainable development. - Identify and fill information gaps.
- Raise awareness.

- Fill gaps in existing strategies and policies.

indicators for monitoring of - sustainable development in the country.
- PHASE III - NATIONAL CONSOLIDATION PHASE
- Consolidation of sector plans within the
national framework. - National and local seminars to introduce and
discuss the National Strategy - for Sustainable Development.
- Training of Focal Points in different
organisations to ensure understanding - of the strategy troughout society.
