  value of work, who can be able to carry youth and
  involve more young people in TU activities
• Offer internships for young peoples develop
  internal TUs programmes involving youngs
  (specially students) on a short-time basis
• Benefits for TUs creating and training futures
  trade unionists with a fresh know-how
• Benefits for interns working experience,
  developing of communication skills, establishing
  of contacts

ATTRACTIVE FOR YOUTH?

• Simple distribution (in universities, schools,
  youth centers, employment agencies) of brochures,
  popularizing TU and its activities, indicate core
  information of rights etc. Make it in clear and
  compactly.
• Make regular seminars and meetings, education
  programmes (also together with other youth
  organizations) to rise awareness of youth about
  TU activity, for leadership skills development
  etc.

• Be visible for youth for ex consider students
  having part-time jobs, explain to them their
  working rights and membership benefits!
• Organize fairs and other direct meeting between
  potential employers and young job seekers
• Organize public debates on topic in the context
  of TU activities

• Propose additional services that can be
  attractive and of use for young people courses

• Highlight success stories.
• Engage with workers in their place of work,
  especially in types of occupations where young
  workers are engaged in
• Have issues concerning young workers, such as
  precarious work, as priority issues in trade
  unions agendas
• Relate more directly trade union activities with
  improvement of the work situation of young
  workers.
• Develop solidarity links with the situation of
  young workers in other countries - such as
  anti-discrimination and anti-exploitation
  campaigns.
