MI EXPERIENCE
The necessity to express worlds so different in
its visual and physical conditions to our planet
took me to
First to the image through the painting
Texts in galleries with the scientific
description and the emotions I sensed as an
occasional visitor of those worlds through
imagination and science
My goal is to incorporate to the experience of
the painting as many senses as possible

My first intention was that each world can tell
its own story accompanied by music
But I ended up painting with sounds... And I
discovered that this is similar to painting with
a paintbrush
 I think that to compose music for a painting is
something that can only be made by the artist,
that is to say that we cannot ask for a musician
to compose it... Although his work would be
excellent, he would not have te painter's
perception
Not all the paintings need sound to be added...
But others do request it

THE SEARCH
 Appart from being in constant search to
represent this wonderful cosmos, calm and violent
at the same time
I try to do something (always conditioned by my
possibilities) for the human species that I
belong to, but that unfortunately I do not feel
very proud of...

Artists inside a society have a great
responsibility
We are those who have the sensibility to
imaginate horizons where the rest cannot do it so
Art should contribute with a positive
contribution. I believe that there are things
that can still be changed in spite of humans....
And this it is precisely the field of Astronomy
art, to struggle against anthropocentrism that
takes us to our own extinction together with the
rest of the species

Mi contribution
I propose
A vision contrary to a frantic society,
overwhelmed by information, where answers arrive
before questions
To recover values that have been taken from us,
the time to think, contemplation and the capacity
of astonishment

My work consists in the old magic of painting, as
a fixed image, plus the sound, capable of
generating time and emotions that take people to
imagine, to wonder, and to look for their own
answers... Or better still... To cohabit with the
questions

HEART OF STONE A place only for theories and
imagination. The sound of electric discharges is
continuous and maddening, this is the depth of a
gassy giant. A world like the earth or the moon,
but caught under kilometers of heavy atmosphere.
It is the beauty of the extreme. Gas forms
surrealists figures in their violent state
changes. Humanity will only be able to see them
through art!

Gothic The wind The wind.... it blows... It
vibrates from here and from there.. It
erosionates You, spends and wears away,
transforms and deforms. Moving where water moved
before... Yes!... there are no longer oceans of
water Now they are oceans of wind The acid

Bacterias the machine of the impossible
Fragment... The bacterial tubes are already in
the exterior, leaving everywhere then another
bacteria type with the genetic information of

CATHEDRALS OF ICE The theory that motivates this
painting, is based on the gigantic sculpture that
could be formed starting from a colossal floe of
ice that is being melted from below for constant
jets of hot gases that emanate of the planetary
floor This delicate coexistence, between ice and
vapors, between cold and extreme heats, between
the lights characteristic of the planet and the
majestic spiral galaxy in the high of the sky,
more the characteristics characteristic of the
frozen materials would give form to this
scatterbrained whim of the nature Oil 1 x1.50 m
