Maintenance Module for editing. You
retrieve only the individual sections you desire,
resulting in speedy navigation and quick
searches. ZoningPlus has been written from
start-to-finish for use on the Internet from a
regular web browser. As you would expect,
ZoningPlus includes extensive hyperlinking
capabilitiesto sections and definitions
contained within the code and to external
documents. ZoningPlus can also display comments,
code annotations, and administrative
interpretations or references in the
comprehensive plan. ZoningPlus is a
totally open system. What this means is that you
will not be dependent on KKC to maintain the
system. For example, If you replace or amend your
code, you do not need to replace ZoningPlusjust
enter the changes using the Maintenance Module.
ZoningPlus can be used in writing the code or in
amending it. The latest addition to
ZoningPlus are three dimensional maps and
graphics. A zoning map can be navigated as a map
or cast over an aerial photograph to allow
viewing of properties from various angles and
bringing topography into the maps.

presentation system used for authoring,
displaying, and managing all aspects of your land
development codetext, tables, graphics, and
zoning maps. ZoningPlus database format
indexes individual sections for easy searching
