• Geel Piet coaches Barberton Blues boxing squad
• He values Peekays intelligence and speed he
  instills in him the value of footwork
• Eastern Transval Boxing Championships coming up
  and Peekay replaces Snotnose Bronkhurst who came
  down with jaundice

• Peekay is officially on the team when he is
  presented with a blue singlet with BB on the
  front and his name on the back.

• Doc is allowed to go to Peekays first fight

• Peekay wins his first fight against a bigger
  opponent by analyzing his style and keeping out
  of his way.
• He is dubbed Gentleman Peekay and he feels the
  power of one.

• Peekay beats his second opponent and then has to
  face a challenger one foot taller than him by the
  name of Killer Kroon
• Peekay remembers Docs words, You must box like
  a Mozart piano concerto.
• He also remembers Geel Piets words to box with
  your feet.

• Peekay is knocked down with the inside of Killer
  Kroons arm but the referee calls for the fight
  to resume
• Eventually Kroon starts to weaken and he leans on
  Peekay and Peekays shorts fall down, but he
  continues to box
• Kroon eventually throws in the towel and Peekay
  wins the championship

• Geel Piet tells Peekay that the Zulu believe him
  to be a Zulu chief because Peekay fights with
  such courage. The Tadpole Angel legend grows
• The prisoners knew of Peekays victory before the
  news arrived to the prison
• The prisoners unique telepathic powers again
  suggests mystery in the universe beyond our
  understanding.

• The Barberton Blues victory is cause for
  celebration and pictures. Geel Piet is invited to
  join but Klipkop refuses to have his picture
  taken along with most of the team. The only ones
  left are Peekay, Doc, Geel Piet, Lt Smith and
  Gert. Later Lt. Smit is promoted to Captain and
  he destroys the pictures

• The photograph captured the exact moment when I
  understood with conviction that racism is a
  primary force of evil designed to destroy good
  men.
• Peekay gains an education from Doc and Mrs.
  Boxall and the he meets Miss Bornstein with whom
  he falls in love.
• With Lieutenant Smits promotion to Captain the
  kommandant promotes Borman to Lieutenant and he
  terrorizes all the prisoners, and is suspicious
  of Doc, Peekay and Geel Piet.

• The war is coming to an end Docs release is
  nearing - the kommandant joins the Oxwagon
  Guard, a neo-nazi group dedicated to the
  restoration of independence for the Afrikaners
  he likens them to the Klu Klux Klan.
• With Doc leaving a new method for smuggling
  letters out of the prison needs to organized
• Peekay is to give Geel Piet writing lessons
• Lieutenant Borman is suspicious
