  altitude for new G1000 Instrument Pilots

BLACK-ON-BLUE AND YOU FLY TRUE!

• Flying the G1000 is great, but sometimes not
  simple for the new instrument pilot.
• This is a simple idea I came up with to help you
  learn to hold heading and altitude
• It will also aid you in turning to a heading, and
  climb or descend to assigned altitudes.

Heading Box
Heading Bug
To hold heading, Keep the Blue (teal) Heading Bug
attached to the Black Heading Box
Its up to you to select the proper assigned
heading

Altitude Selector Bug
To hold Altitude, Keep the Blue Altitude Bug
attached to the Black Altitude Box
You still need to set the altitude to make this
workbut it works!
