  • Army plans to convert 2 more Bns to AH-64D by
    end of FY12
  • Army may convert last 2 Bns depending on
    timelines for new ARH program
  • CH-47F Chinook
  • 131 of 159 CH-47Ds on hand
  • By FY13 ARNG will be filled with 159 CH-47s
  • ( 50 Fs and the rest Ds)
  • By FY18 ARNG will be filled with 159 CH-47Fs

  • 2 C-27Js delivered to Army for
  • technical and operational testing
  • 6 C-27-Js fielded to ARNG late FY10
  • 2 Companies (16 aircraft) fielded by FY12
  • Quadrennial Roles Missions AF, Army, NGB,
    TRASCOM, and OSD agree on
  • C-27J Intra-theater employment (TSMC movements
    are validated DS role of Army C-27Js)
  • Training and Maintenance currently contracted
  • Business Case Analysis (BCA) for future Trng
    Maint strategy has begun
  • BCA results will be implemented about FY12
