• 1.CONVERTING MACHINE
• Uflex is one stop shop for flexible
  packaging solution, so as to provide complete
  solution we manufacture wide range of converting
  machines, which includes printing, lamination,
  slitting, inspection rewinding, doctoring and
  pouch making machines. We have different models
  in these machine categories that vary according
  to its speed / output, level of technical
  sophistication and specifications as per customer
  need.

2. ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING  MACHINE (GRAFLEX)

• A multi-station Rotogravure Printing Machine,
  with print cylinder cartridge flying splice
  turret unwind, rewind facilities is for the
  purpose of printing flexible packaging
  materials.
• -Modular ConstructionGRAFLEX is a modular
  construction machine. Unique feature of this
  machine is the special trolley system which
  contain the ink tray along with ink circulation
  system, Doctor blade assembly cylinder carrying
  arrangement, which makes the job change over
  matter of minutes. Seven AC motor integrated
  digital drive and PC/panel view controls,
  Automatic Web Video Register Control System,
  speed upto 350 mtr/min.

3. ROTOGRAVURE ULTIMA PRINTING MACHINE

• ROTOFLEX ULTIMA is modular construction machine.
  Unique feature of this machine is the special
  trolley system which contains the printing
  cylinder, Ink-tray along with ink-circulation
  system, sleeve type impression etc. which makes
  the job change over a matter of minutes, speed
  upto 400 mtr/min.

4. ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING  MACHINE (EXCEL)

•  A multi-station Rotogravure Printing Machine,
  with excellent trolley attachment, flying splice
  turret unwind rewind facilities, for the
  purpose of printing flexible packaging
  materials. 
• -Modular Construction ROTOFLEX EXCEL is a
  modular construction. Unique feature of this
  machine is the special trolley system which
  contains the ink tray along with ink circulation
  ink applicator system, which makes the job
  change over a matter of minutes. Seven AC motor
  integrated digital drive and PC/panel view
  controls, Automatic Web Video Register Control
  System, speed upto 300 mtr/min.

5. ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING MACHINE UPRESS (ELS)

• A multi-station Rotogravure Printing Machine with
  electronic line shaft, excellent trolley
  attachment, Turret unwind and rewind with auto
  flying splice facilities, for the purpose of
  printing flexible packaging materials -Modular
  Construction ROTOFLEX UPRESS is modular
  construction machine. Unique feature of this
  machine is the special trolley system which
  contains the printing cylinder, Ink-tray along
  with ink-circulation system, sleeve type
  impression etc. which makes the job change over a
  matter of minutes, speed upto 350 mtr/min.

6. ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING MACHINE (SUPER)

• A multi-station Rotogravure Printing Machine,
  with flying splice turret unwind and rewind
  facilities, is for the purpose of printing
  flexible packaging materials. -Modular
  Construction ROTOFLEX SUPER is modular
  construction machine. Each printing station is a
  complete entity by itself. Therefore a station or
  two can always be added even at a later stage
  provided that the main drive power rating is
  taken care of right in the beginning.

7. ROTOGRAVURE PRINTING  MACHINE STANDARD (ELS)

• The Machine is equipped with the following
  - Turret Un-wind and Re-wind using air
  expandable shafts  with auto splicing
  arrangement.
• Integrated Trolley equipped with printing
  cylinder , Ink circulation system, etc 
• Our unique Impression roller design for very-
  very easy change over of rubber rollers.
• Individual chill roller in each station.
• Independent Asynchronous Servo Motors with motion
  control drives on each printing station.
• Dedicated ARC for user friendly operations and
  MIS control.

• A multi-station Rotogravure Printing Machine,
  with simplex unwind rewind facilities, for the
  purpose of printing flexible packaging
  materials -Modular Construction ROTOFLEX
  STANDARD is modular construction machine. Each
  printing station is a complete entity by itself.
  Therefore a station or two can always be added
  even at a later stage provided that the main
  drive power rating is taken care of right in the
  beginning.
