• A sonnet is a poem written in iambic pentameter
  and a rhyme scheme. Iambic pentameter is a
  rhythm of syllables in a sentence. The following
  is one of the most famous sonnets written by
  Shakespeare. See if you can hear the rhythm of
  the syllables.
