• Q Would these be comfortable for running?A I'm
  not a runner but in my opinion since it's a cross
  training shoebI would say NO if running more than
  just on the treadmill for cardio warm ups or
  doing sprints in HIIT. They are super light
  weight so don't feel bogged down.
