• Q Do they fit narrow width feet esp my heel?A
  I have a wide foot which was why I chose these
  shoes. I tried the reebok lifting shoe and it was
  way too narrow for me. I would try reebok first
  and if they do not fit well then try the innovate
• Q Can these be used for running as well as
  lifting?A I'd prefer not to, but minimal
  running during a workout is okay. Great for
  lifting and double unders, but I don't wear them
  if there's a lot of running in the WOD. I have
  running shoes that have better traction and more
  support. Make the call when you see the work out,
  that's what I do. I like the shoes tho.

What Customers Say About It?

• First of all if you are into Crossfit these are
  highly recommended. I have tried on the Rebrook
  olys and they are a great shoe, however, I did
  not like the style anymore and they were way to
  bulky. These shoes are so light and comfortable!
  I wear a size 7 and they fit true to size. I got
  the blue and purple ones because the black and
  pink with green style was not for me.
